Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy explains the purchase, refund, cancellation, and return conditions for AFSID Group International digital products, Expert Advisor software, license activation, best setting files, and related digital services.

All AFSID products are digital software, license-based products, activation services, and downloadable digital materials. Once a purchase is completed, license access is issued, digital files are delivered, or activation support has started, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
1. General Policy
AFSID Group International sells digital products and license-based software, including but not limited to Expert Advisors, license activation, best setting files, installation guidance, digital documentation, and related technical support.
Because these products are delivered digitally and may provide immediate access to software, license codes, configuration files, intellectual property, strategy logic, and technical materials, all sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
2. No Refund for Digital Products and Licenses
AFSID does not provide refunds for digital products, software licenses, Expert Advisor files, activation codes, best setting files, installation services, or digital access that has been purchased, delivered, issued, activated, or made available to the customer.
No refund will be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Customer changes their mind after purchase
- Customer no longer wants to use the product
- Customer purchased the wrong product or license package
- Customer does not understand how to use MetaTrader, VPS, broker, or Expert Advisor software
- Customer has not read the product description, license guide, risk disclosure, or installation guide
- Customer’s broker, account type, symbol, spread, leverage, or VPS is not suitable
- Customer expects guaranteed profit, fixed return, or risk-free trading
- Customer experiences trading loss, drawdown, margin call, stop out, or market volatility
- Customer cannot operate the product due to device, internet, broker, VPS, or platform issues
- Customer shares, modifies, distributes, misuses, or violates the license terms
3. Why Refunds Are Not Available
AFSID products are not physical goods. They are digital and license-based products that may include software files, product access, activation data, technical configuration, strategy logic, and intellectual property. After delivery or activation, the product cannot be physically returned or withdrawn in the same way as a physical item.
For this reason, every customer must review the product carefully before making payment. Customers are responsible for understanding the product purpose, platform requirement, broker compatibility, license conditions, trading risk, and technical setup requirements.
4. Product and License Categories Covered
This policy applies to all digital products and services provided by AFSID Group International, including:
- AFSID Expert Advisor software
- MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading robot files
- Personal license, IB license, and unlimited license packages
- License activation, account registration, and license generator access
- Best setting files and configuration files
- Digital product documentation and setup guides
- Installation support, VPS setup guidance, and technical assistance
- Investor access support and digital performance monitoring access
- Any other downloadable or electronically delivered AFSID product or service
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been confirmed, the product has been delivered, the license has been issued, the activation process has started, or digital access has been provided.
If a customer wants to change product selection, license package, account number, or platform version, the request must be submitted before license activation or product delivery. Approval is not guaranteed and remains subject to AFSID Group International’s internal review.
6. Trading Result and Investment Risk
Purchasing AFSID software does not mean purchasing guaranteed profit, guaranteed performance, fixed income, investment return, capital protection, or risk-free trading. Expert Advisors are automated trading tools designed to assist trading execution based on predefined logic and settings.
Trading results may be affected by many factors, including market volatility, broker execution, spread, slippage, commission, swap, leverage, account balance, risk settings, VPS stability, internet connection, economic news, liquidity, and customer usage.
7. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before purchasing any AFSID product, customers are strongly advised to study and confirm the following:
- Product description and product purpose
- Supported platform, such as MT4 or MT5
- Broker compatibility and trading symbol availability
- Recommended VPS requirement
- Recommended account size and risk profile
- License type, license validity, and account activation limit
- Trading risk, drawdown possibility, and market uncertainty
- Installation process and basic MetaTrader operation
- Refund and cancellation policy

8. Limited Review Cases
Although AFSID maintains a strict no-refund policy for digital products and licenses, certain cases may be reviewed internally on a discretionary basis.
Review may be considered only for limited administrative situations such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same order caused by payment processing error
- Payment received but no product, license, or access has been delivered at all
- Incorrect product delivery caused by AFSID administrative error
- Other cases where applicable law requires a specific resolution
Any approved resolution may be provided in the form of correction, replacement, license adjustment, store credit, technical support, or another solution determined by AFSID. Refund approval is not automatic and remains subject to verification.
9. Non-Refundable Items

10. Product Support Instead of Refund
If customers experience installation issues, license problems, setup confusion, platform compatibility questions, or technical difficulty, AFSID will provide reasonable support according to the product package and support scope.
Support may include installation guidance, license verification, VPS setup direction, broker symbol checking, setting file guidance, or basic MetaTrader setup assistance. Technical support is intended to help customers use the product properly, but it does not create a right to refund.
11. Chargeback and Payment Dispute
Customers are encouraged to contact AFSID support first before opening any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks after product delivery, license activation, or service provision may be treated as a violation of purchase terms.
AFSID reserves the right to suspend license access, support access, updates, or related services if a payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or cancelled after digital product delivery.
12. Agreement to This Policy
By purchasing any AFSID product, completing payment, requesting license activation, downloading product files, receiving support, or using AFSID software, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Refund and Returns Policy
- You understand that AFSID products are digital and license-based
- You understand that no refund is available after purchase, delivery, or activation
- You understand that trading involves risk and no profit is guaranteed
- You are responsible for studying the product before purchasing
- You agree to use the product according to the official license terms
